In
January 2010 an Islamic terrorist in
El-Minya, Egypt kidnapped a Christian minor,
Magy Magdy Shoukry, 17 year old. It is a
common practice by Islamic group of
kidnapping and forced conversion to Islam of
Christian minority in Egypt. “Egyptian
security forces are approving the matter”
said the family. Father is receiving
anonymous calls whereabouts his daughter but
no results yet. He got two Muslim
eyewitnesses about the perpetrator. Egyptian
security forces are ignoring the matter and
ignoring the eyewitnesses.
The
father has police reports but the Egyptian
security forces made no effort to arrest the
perpetrator or to return Magy to her family.
Rather the Egyptian security forces
collaborated with the Perpetrator and his
family to force Magy’s family to leave their
home and their home town under terrorist
threat.
The
perpetrator is moving around threatening to
kidnap more Christian girls and women to
convert them to Islam
In
a telephone interview with Hope Sat TV the
father and the mother of Magy Magdy Shoukry
pleaded for her safe return to the family.
The interviews are available on
www.Hopesat.tv.
Hope Sat TV and
Christian minority in Egypt call upon the
government of Egypt to exercise the rule of
law by thoroughly investigating the severe
offenses made against Magy Magdy Shoukry and
her family. We urge Egyptian courts to
justly prosecute convicted perpetrators.
